Payment Method

We accept Visa, Master, and Discover cards only. We do not accept international or company cards. For all international orders, must mail an international cashier check in advance or by Paypal only. Please email shipping cost & details to customerservice@ashitaba.com
Note: Call / Email for special prices on ordering by the case. Retailers & distributors are welcome to contact us for wholesale prices.

Shipping and Handling

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost for most items is based on the item’s size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address. If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses, your actual shipping cost may be higher. You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout.

Processing and Shipping Time

We use FedEx, UPS Ground, and Priority Mail for shipping depending on the ship-to address. Priority Mail takes an average of 2-7 business days, UPS / FedEx takes an average of 2-8 business days depending on the destination. We provide Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select for an extra charge. Free S/H for orders over $200 in the continental United States. Shipping times apply to shipments in the continental United States. For shipments sent by Standard to Alaska and Hawaii, add 2 days to the shipping time. Delivery to APO/FPO addresses takes 3 to 6 weeks.

Shipping to a Different Address

If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, you must list the alternate address with your credit card company.

This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card. To list the alternate address with your credit card company, just call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.

Split Shipments

We may fulfill the items in your order at different times if any item is back-ordered, so your order may arrive in different boxes and at different times. You will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. The email also lists the items that have already shipped and those still to be shipped. We do not charge extra for these split shipments.

 

Some heavy or large items, identified as oversized, have a special shipping cost. You can find your actual shipping cost during checkout. Oversize items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates and territories, or APO/FPO addresses
